Program Details
Since 1991, Canterbury English has provided over 7,500 English speakers with opportunities to teach English in Spain while immersing themselves in a foreign culture. We are committed to offering life-changing experiences that go beyond just earning a living.
Our Programs Offer
A one-year student visa allowing you to work 30 hours a week at 16€/hour.
A tailored program that combines a TEFL course with Spanish language studies.
Job placement with Canterbury English and our partner schools.

Income Generation and Support
Upon completing our TEFL program or the Madrid Lifestyle Work Orientation, you will start teaching English classes for us, and we will assist you in securing additional teaching opportunities, private classes, online work, and school placements. With us, your income needs are covered, leaving you with extra cash for personal enjoyment and travel.
