About Us

We are an education start-up located in Silicon Valley dedicated to fostering connections between young learners from Pre-K to G8 and passionate educators.

Job Description

  • Engage in one-on-one online instruction with students using provided curriculum.
  • Generate student progress reports using provided templates.
  • Collaborate closely with our education coordinator and curriculum specialist to ensure students meet their learning objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze student progress, personalizing lessons to meet individual needs.
  • Contribute to administrative and team-based tasks as necessary.
  • Teaching hours are primarily in the early morning, with occasional evening sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Quiet, disturbance-free location for remote teaching sessions.
  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching ELA, Reading, and Phonics.
  • Proficiency in online classroom teaching.
  • Teaching credential required.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with Windows 7 or later, Mac OS, and iOS systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
