Position Title: English Language Instructor (Remote)
Duties And Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse age groups and proficiency levels.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles and support student progress.
Provide constructive feedback through detailed daily assessments.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and growth.
Conduct personalized 1:1 online sessions using digital tools like interactive whiteboards, chat boxes, and multimedia resources.
Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with methodologies for teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers.
Previous experience teaching students of various ages and proficiency levels.
Ability to customize teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
Proficiency in creating and adapting lesson plans and curriculum.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Citizenship of the US, Canada, or the UK.
Reliable landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not acceptable).
English as your first language.
Working headset with microphone (earbuds not acceptable).
Valid passport or driver's license for identification.
Professional and tidy background and workspace.
Display of a professional demeanor and attire.
Teaching Experience Preferred But Not Mandatory.
Teaching certificates and ESL credentials desired but not required.
Work Hours:
AM Shift: 07:00-11:00 AM KST (18:00-22:00 PM EST) - Depending on availability
PM Shift: 19:00-23:00 PM KST (06:00-10:00 AM EST) - Preferred and Priority
Applicants must commit to a minimum of 4-hour block shifts for 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
