Position Description

You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (ATE) in the FST DEPT, Fleet Readiness Center Southeast of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will develop technical engineering documents (e.g., proposals, task statements) for weapons systems development.
  • You will advise management in the resolution of problems detected within electronics engineering or technical support service programs.
  • You will calibrate, maintain, repair and troubleshoot CASS (Consolidated Automated Support System) ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
  • You will evaluate adequacy of test equipment to repair, calibrate, or test electronic components.
