Job Overview

As a Sales Representative at CES, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our engineering services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking. Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the client base.

Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored engineering solutions.

Sales Process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase CES capabilities.

Market Analysis Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

Achieve Sales Targets Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or related industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Results-oriented.

Bachelor's degree in engineering strongly preferred.
