Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering department, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Manage resource allocation effectively to ensure timely product delivery.
Promote and enforce best practices in software development, ensuring the team's adherence to high coding standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, facilitating their professional development.
Regularly review and evaluate the team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and growing a team of engineers.
Proficiency in typescript, javascript, node, web development, Full Stack, Next.js.
Proven experience building forward thinking and new initiative products and/or offerings for a high growth business
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A results-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
