Immediate job opening for an experienced Engineering Manager with a multi-billion dollar, 100+ year old global diversified manufacturer of specialty products. This role will lead an engineering team (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing) across a 600K sq foot facility, 3 shifts, ~450 people. We seek a well-rounded manager with experience in Continuous Improvement/LEAN initiatives. Leadership within the facility is top notch and you will be granted autonomy to work independently.

Select Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and technology upgrades to existing equipment

Design/Develop tooling/gauging required for manufacturing product

Provide clear instructions to cross functional teams in the fields of electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing.

Assist in Capital Equipment upgrades and modifications

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field

10+ years of progressive manufacturing / operations experience

~5+ years of engineering management or leadership experience

Solid modeling experience (3D Autocad, Solidworks)

Passionate about continuous improvement, lean initiatives, Six Sigma principles, measuring results, and problem solving

Excellent project management skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project Planning and Office

Ability to travel as needed
