Engineering Manager

Their custom facilities are designed to reflect their commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions without compromising profitability or efficiency for farmers. They have quickly earned a leading reputation for expertise built on decades of experience in the energy and agricultural industries and focusing heavily on a farmers first approach.

What you’ll be doing

In this position you will be a part of the Integrated Engineering & Operations team where you will use your experience in operations management to fulfil your primary function will be to lead the RNG facilities design activities.

Your day to day might look a little like this:

• Develop, refine and apply proprietary tools to estimate the potential attractiveness of each RNG opportunity
• Lead the technical and operational analysis of each RNG opportunity
• Manage the company’s understanding of all core technology solutions in the RNG space
• Manage the in-house evaluation and industry monitoring of the relative performance of competitive technology solutions
• Command the overall site design and technology selection for each capital project
• Support the development of budget and project schedule for each capital project

A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based in the United States

You’ll have minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in engineering design or operations support in the agricultural, energy, chemicals or other asset intensive process industry. With at least 2 year’s exposure to the following, capital project design engineering, managing and integrating the efforts of other engineers and operations management or operations support.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in the use of the MS Office suite, including MS Project
• Direct experience in RNG project development and construction
• Passionate about the industry and willing to share ideas
