Engineering Manager

Chief of Staff KC is working to hire an Engineering Leader in the KC Metro!

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering teams across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Train and Develop team of Mechanical Engineers.
• Key owner of KPI's
• Coordinate with leaders of other departments to ensure timelines and goals are met.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Engineering degree, preferred Industrial or Mechanical
• Knowledge of ITAR regulations
• Management experience
• Strong Material Management and Fabrication experience
