As a Global SAP Program Management Advisor you will be assigned to be a part of SAP Global Team -located in either North America or Europe - to support the digital transformation of global companies and respond to their challenges of transforming their businesses around SAP solutions (S/4HANA at the core, and all required extensions from both SAP, Hyper-scalers or other third party SAP partners).

Key Responsibilities:
You have a passion to work with clients, bringing their business ambitions to life with SAP S/4HANA, leveraging your expertise to sell and deliver Large SAP S/4HANA Transformation programs.
You’re able to shape, organize and drive a large-scale transformation program, advise our clients on their ERP transformation roadmap and associated business cases.
You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP transformation, driving both business and IT transformation
Endowed with natural leadership abilities, your qualities of customer relationship and business understanding are recognized
Oriented towards the satisfaction of your customers, you are driven by a taste for challenges, and you know how to transform constraints into opportunities.
Required Skills:
Your area key player in large S/4HANA projects or programs for global customers (team size of 100+ people)
You have more than 15 years of experience in large SAP projects / program management.
You are used to working in an international environment with different teams – Business Advisory Consultants, Solution Experts, Marketing and Sales teams, and are able to create networks across countries.
You are engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Your experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders goes up to and including CxO-level
You have strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem e.g. SAP and other relevant partner organizations
