We are looking for a candidate that has engineering experience in battery pack design and release that has at least 5-10 years of experience in pack and module design, with knowledge of the mechanical, thermal and electrical architecture of the respective systems. Prior management experience leading a team of engineers is a plus. We are in the "bootstrap" phase, therefore this position will begin as part time and move to full time as we raise funding rounds.
Qualifications
Prior experience in battery pack and module design (at least 5-10 years)
Bachelors of Science in mechanical or electrical engineering
Ideal to have prior team building and leadership
Has a strategic mindset and good communication skills
Is passionate about the renewable energy field
