We are looking for EMR Product Support Analyst - Hackensack, NJ. This is a fulltime permanent position.


Note: This is 100% work from Hackensack, NJ office.


You will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems related to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.



Roles & Responsibilities:


Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EMR systems, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.



Required Skills:


Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Experience with healthcare industry standards and regulations such as HIPAA and HL7.

Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing technical support for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns they may have, and ensure their satisfaction with the EMR software.

This might involve regular check-ins, user group meetings, and proactive communication about software updates or changes.
