• Conduct thorough investigations (harassment, discrimination, etc.).
• Analyze evidence & prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with HR & legal to maintain a respectful environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years' experience in hospital investigations (or 24/7 environment).
• Strong knowledge of labor relations & employment laws.
• Experience in a union environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
