Employee Relations Coordinator

Security Finance is hiring an Employee Relations Coordinator!

As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you can expect to:

• Investigate and respond to employee complaints and grievances as assigned by Employee Relations Specialist
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including making disciplinary and termination recommendations
• Give final approval of termination submissions after reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Administers ADA/ADAAA
• Provide backup for unemployment claims
• Provide backup in administering recognition programs, including service and performance awards
• Cross-train and provide backup for other duties when needed, including exit surveys and employment verification
• Other duties as assigned
• Prompt and regular attendance is required

You could be a great addition as an Employee Relations Coordinator, if you have:

• 2 – 4 years of Employee Relations and ADA/ADAAA experience
• General knowledge of human resources principles and practices and employment law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as investigative skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with proven experience in MS Office
