Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Email & SMS Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our email and SMS marketing campaigns. This includes crafting engaging content, managing customer segmentation, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions. must have great graphic design skills to put together great looking emails and banner for the online store.
Qualifications
Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
Experience in lead generation and customer segmentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and SMS marketing tools (klaviyo & attentive)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
