Email Marketing Specialist

OTTO Quotes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Email Deliverability Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our email campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute email marketing strategies that comply with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize email deliverability rates and inbox placement.
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
• Identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues, such as spam complaints, blacklisting, and low sender reputation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to segment email lists and personalize content for targeted audience segments.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to email deliverability and privacy compliance.
• Work with the marketing team to A/B test email campaigns and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain and update email marketing infrastructure, including email service providers, authentication protocols, and suppression lists.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on email deliverability best practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of direct experience in email marketing, with a focus on deliverability and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of email deliverability best practices, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and ISP filtering algorithms.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with email regulations and compliance best practices
