UNION DAY SCHOOL CURRICULUM
Union Day has a unique curriculum which utilizes evidence-based instruction and principled practices. This curriculum is carefully outlined in our charter and will be implemented with infidelity, by all kindergarten through fifth grade teachers.

Responsibilities And Duties
Implement the curriculum through a self-contained teaching model, as written in the school’s charter.
Use multiple forms of assessment to make data driven decisions that inform and improve teaching, learning, and student achievement,
Creating a culture of joy in learning, excellence in instruction, and rigorous exploration,
Collaborating with members of a school leadership team including parents, administration and the community;
Collaborating with the special education team.

Compensation
Based on Experience, Degree/certification, NC State Salary Guide, and Union County Licensed Teacher Supplement.
