About The Job Elementary Principal - Northern Emirates
Bloom Education is currently looking for an inspirational school leader for a Principal position in our Northern Emirates school, commencing August 2024.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to submit a letter of application and CV, together with a copy of passport, education certificates, and police clearance to complete the online application process. In the CV, please include the names and contact email addresses of three professional referees one of which must be a current Principal.

Responsibilities
- Bring innovative strategies to the Implementation of the US curriculum
- Provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning throughout the school
- Ensure the school and the people and resources within it are well organized and managed to provide an efficient, effective and safe learning environment
- Ensure that students enjoy and benefit from a high-quality education, promoting collective responsibility within the whole school community
- Develop a school ethos which enables everyone to work collaboratively, share knowledge and understanding, celebrate success and accept responsibility for outcomes
- Ensure that strategic planning takes account of the diversity, values and experience of the school and the UAE community at large
- Monitor, evaluate and review the effects of policies, priorities and targets of the school in practice and take action if necessary
- Improve the quality of teaching and learning and students achievement, setting high expectations and monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of learning outcomes
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the curriculum and disseminate effectively to other members of staff
- Plan, delegate and evaluate work carried out by team(s) and individuals
- Relevant BA Degree in Education & PGCE
- At least 8 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years of experience School leadership role within a Primary / Elementary school
- Experience of leading school initiatives that have led to improvement in standards and achievements
- Experience with the American curriculum is preferred
- Middle East GCC experience is an advantage
