Electronics Technician

My client based in Torrance are looking to hire an Electronic Technician to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with to break into an exciting, growing industry. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Execution of testing and checkout procedures to certify functionality
• Mentor junior engineering lab technicians in a dynamic environment
• Assemble/disassemble small PCB components
• Set up and conduct tests and records data to assist with engineering analysis
• Prepare documentation of test results or test discrepancies
• Troubleshooting and hardware failure analysis, if applicable
• Utilization of hand bench, power tools, and measuring instruments (including transducers, oscilloscopes, virtual instruments, and test boxes)
• Any and all other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

Required

• High school diploma/GED
• Strong knowledge of computers and all MS Office programs
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted

Preferred

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school in electronics
• Semiconductor background
