Are you passionate about electronics and skilled at troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices? We are seeking a talented Electronic Repair Technician to join our team. As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of electronic equipment, ranging from consumer electronics to industrial machinery. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to ensuring the functionality and reliability of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in electronic devices, including but not limited to Video game consoles, clocks, radios, toys, televisions, and any other electronic equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices to identify and replace defective components
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to test and repair electronic circuits and systems
• Follow standard repair procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency
• Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on repair status and recommendations for device maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find solutions
• Must have experience with Oscilloscopes, Voltmeters and other various electronic testing gear.
• Detailed understanding on how electronics work and must be able to source repair parts.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Electronic Repair Technician or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for electronic repair
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy electronic equipment
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
