Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global e-commerce development strategies to achieve sales growth and market share expansion
  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of global e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer service
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior while customizing marketing strategies and promotions for different markets
  • Partner with supply chain team to ensure that the product stock is sufficient and meets the needs and regulations of the target market
  • Monitor and analyze sales data while timely adjusting sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Manage the global e-commerce team, including training, goal setting, and performance evaluation
  • Cooperate with global logistics service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders
  • Ensure that the platform operation complies with relevant global trade regulations and company policies
  • Manage the user experience of global e-commerce platforms, including website design, product description, and customer feedback processing
  • Work closely with external partners and internal departments to optimize global e-commerce business processes and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Management or equivalent
  • Master’s Degree is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in global e-commerce companies
  • Familiar with global trade rules, global e-commerce processes, and relevant regulations and compliances
  • In-depth understanding of the business e- operations and market dynamics of major global e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, etc.
  • Have good market analysis ability, can accurately grasp the market trend and consumer demand
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a geographically dispersed team
  • Fluency in English is required and Chinese or Spanish is highly desirable but not required
