In the role of Electronic Assembler, you will construct and assemble electronic components with the appropriate equipment and tools to guarantee the finished product's quality. The Electronic Assembler must follow the building specifications and requirements listed in the job instructions, BOM (bill of materials), and MOP (manufacturing operating procedures).

What you will get to do:
Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems by reading work orders, following production drawings and sample assemblies, or receiving verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
Use jig, fixture, or other holding device to position and align parts in a specified relationship to each other
Crimp, stake, screw, weld, solders cement, press fit, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment
Perform on-line go-not-go testing and inspection, using magnifying devices (such as microscopes) measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
Adjust or trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience: Entry-Level,Mid-Level Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 6 months or related experience or specialized training in assembly and soldering
J-STD or IPC certification required
Mathematical skills required with emphasis on the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentage
Thorough knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Must be able to complete work with speed and accuracy
Work may require some walking, standing, carrying light items (up to 10 lbs), and recurring reaching or similar duties
