Job Description

We are currently seeking an Electrical Foreman! You will be foreman for 220 Unit Multi-Family Housing project in Visalia.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
  • Hire, train and manage electricians
  • Construction meetings
  • Conduct safety meeting and OSHA compliance
  • Maintain construction schedules and attend construction meetings
  • Maintain work progress with use of management software
  • Maintain a clean jobsite
  • Procure materials to maintain workflow

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman CA Electrical Card
  • OSHA Certified
  • Proficient electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  • Working knowledge of NEC
  • 3 years electrical foreman
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in multi-family electrical
