Electrical Engineer

Company:

A leading Medical Device company specializing in the design, development and commercialization of electromedical, optical and fluidic products is seeking a talented Electrical professional to join their team in Greater Boston.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intricate electrical systems for medical device applications and associated systems.
• Evaluate and resolve design issues by utilizing internal and external technical expertise to meet cost-effective and technical criteria.
• Construct, troubleshoot, and validate engineering prototypes according to specifications.
• Refine electrical components and models to precisely reflect the design concept.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters, Electrical Engineering
• Fundamental understanding of electrical design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Altium schematic capture; familiarity with OrCAD or PADS PCB layout is advantageous.
• Bonus points for experience in areas like Lasers, FPGAs, Embedded Software Control Systems, High Voltage, or Power Supply circuits.

This is an on-site role based in the Greater Boston area and a competitive salary and benefits package can be offered based on experience level. This is a permanent position and this company does not offer visa sponsorship or transfer.
