Electrical Engineer

Global manufacturer is targeting an experienced Electrical Engineer for their production facility in Arkansas. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving electrical‐related automation problems.
  • Improve the reliability of equipment related to automation, controls, and electrical systems.
  • Analyze performance, reliability, and maintenance data to eliminate unplanned outages and reduce the equipment life cycle costs.
  • Provide troubleshooting support on major problems and facilitate plans to address repetitive and ongoing equipment issues.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and continually drive the team to look for ways to implement process improvements.
  • Ability to design, interpret and draw electrical schematics.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with PLCs and VFDs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
