We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) to join our client's team. You will play a key role in all aspects of electrical engineering design services, from project conception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to lead and collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, while also contributing to the professional development of others.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Documentation: Develop detailed calculations, drawings, specifications, and other documents for various electrical systems.
• Project Management: Lead or support projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Conduct ETAP modeling and analyses, evaluate existing systems, and review equipment submittals.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Professional Development: Maintain your PE license, stay current on industry trends, and contribute to the development of junior engineers.
• Standards and Best Practices: Establish and maintain electrical design and analysis standards for the firm.
• Travel: Participate in occasional domestic or international travel (up to 10%) for project-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Active PE license in electrical engineering
• 8+ years of experience in design and analysis of electrical systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, AutoCAD, and electrical design software (ETAP)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to thrive in a team setting
• Ability to travel domestically/globally and work at heights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high/medium/low voltage AC/DC systems
• Proficiency with PLC systems, electronic controls, and arc flash analysis
• Knowledge of communication technologies (fiber optics) and equipment automation
