Job Summary: The EHS Manager oversees the implementation of the company's Environment, Health, and Safety Management system, ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, developing training programs, managing emergency response plans, and collaborating with project managers to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor regulatory changes and drive compliance efforts.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure ongoing education and awareness of safety procedures through regular training sessions and toolbox talks.
Develop and deliver tailored safety training programs for personnel involved in revolving door and security entrance projects
Develop emergency response plans and procedures specific to revolving door and security entrance installations.
Maintaining MSDS for Installation and Service Onsite projects
Create emergency response plans for installations.
Requirements + Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field, OR equivalent experience in safety-related roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and practices
Some Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., CSP, CHST, SMS) is required.
Background in construction and manufacturing safety as well as
Minimum 3 years' of safety experience.
Knowledgeable in LEED [Energy and Environmental requirements] and Sustainability
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in safety management tools.
Ability to travel and have a flexible schedule
