Your Responsibilities:
- EHS Compliance: Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s EHS policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Budget Management: Oversee the local EHS budget.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of EHS Annual Operating and Action Plans.
- Safety Targets: Achieve goals for Lost Time, Recordable, Severity, and Environmental rates.
- Incident Prevention: Develop and implement strategies to prevent workplace injuries and environmental incidents.
- Training and Auditing: Conduct EHS training, assessments, and audits to maintain compliance.
- Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
- Leadership and Communication: Act as a change leader, influencing continuous improvement in safety performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.
- Organized and Analytical: Demonstrates solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Change Leader: Professional maturity with the ability to lead and influence change.
- Technical Knowledge: Functional EHS knowledge in safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Project Management: Proven skills in managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 7-9 years of EHS experience or High School Diploma with 15+ years of EHS experience.
- Preferred Experience: EHS management in consumer-packaged goods, distribution, manufacturing, or grocery industries.
- EHS Management Systems: Experience with EHS management systems and auditing.
