We are seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to join our team at eMathInstruction. As a leading provider of educational resources, we specialize in empowering educators and schools with innovative solutions that enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise to actively hunt for leads and opportunities within the education sector.
Business Development: Drive the growth of our customer base by establishing vendor contracts with individual schools and departments of education.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demos for schools to showcase our products, address inquiries, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Conference Participation: Attend occasional conferences to network, stay updated on industry trends, and represent eMathInstruction with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in lead generation and new business development. Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is required. B2B sales experience required.
Education: An educational background or familiarity with the educational sector is beneficial.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in a growth-stage company or a startup.
This position is remote but the sales consultant must operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
