The Education Services Coordinator at Nebraska Health Care Association (NHCA) will assist in managing the registration processes for educational programs and events. This role involves supporting the coordination and administration of educational services to ensure a seamless experience for participants. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in education administration, and who exemplifies the association’s core values of Stewardship, Quality, Integrity, and Professionalism.


Key Responsibilities


Registration Management

  • Process and manage participant registrations for educational programs, workshops, webinars, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records
  • Assist participants in registration inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service


Communication and Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for registrants, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide information and support to participants regarding program details, schedules, and requirements
  • Help build and maintain positive relationships with participants, speakers, and stakeholders


Data Management and Reporting

  • Assist in maintaining the learning management system and updating participant records
  • Generate and distribute attendance certificates and other relevant documentation
  • Support the preparation of reports on registration statistics and participant feedback


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workflow with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service or program administration is a plus
