Position: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and exceeding sales targets by engaging customers.
Building strong relationships with parents and students to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our services.
Conducting professional sales consultations and assessments aligned with our brand ethos.
Presenting and promoting to prospective families, adhering to our established sales process.
Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring positive client experiences.
Collaborating with the Student Success Manager team to onboard new clients seamlessly.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and continuously enhancing sales techniques.
Maintaining administrative compliance using technology platforms such as Salesforce.
Participating in sales-oriented marketing events, both online and in person as needed.
Offering feedback and contributing to the refinement of our sales processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or education-related field preferred, or equivalent sales experience.
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals with excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment across multiple time zones.
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is advantageous.
Knowledge of the US college admissions process and Ivy League landscape is a plus.
