Job Description
Pre-sales Support: Collaborate closely with our sales teams to deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and sales engagements.
Solution-Based Selling: Utilize solution-based selling techniques to identify customer needs and demonstrate the full value of our suite of hardware and software products.
Professional Development: Develop and deliver tailored professional development content for our customers and reseller/partners.
Post Sales Relationship Management: Provide dedicated post-sales follow-up and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product utilization.
Education Advocacy: Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor in educational technology.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as necessary to support our sales and customer engagement efforts.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a classroom environment, with a strong background in classroom technology and content/lesson development.
Skills: Results-driven, well-organized, and flexible with strong follow-up abilities. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, capable of engaging large groups both in person and via teleconference.
Travel: Extensive travel required.
Understanding: Deep understanding of the teaching and learning process in educational settings, coupled with familiarity in selling into education customer accounts.
