Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Assist corporate employees in maximizing their education benefits to advance their careers.

Engage with new leads daily, respond to inquiries, and creatively source leads from our database.

Cultivate relationships by understanding each individual's background and aspirations.

Conduct consultative conversations and provide continuous support throughout the enrollment process.

Coordinate interviews with enrollment advisors for interested candidates.

Manage and maintain data in our CRM system to ensure prospective students receive timely support.

Strive to exceed ambitious goals and connect with all potential students to understand their educational objectives.

Utilize various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and text to engage with prospects.

Enhance skills through coaching, training, and collaboration with team members.

Ensure a positive experience for prospective students, guiding them towards programs that meet their needs.

Collaborate effectively with university partners and the leadership team to achieve mutual goals.

Education And Experience

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of higher education programs and offerings.

Previous experience in admissions, education advising, or consultative sales preferred.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a pipeline using CRM tools.

Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in online admissions or inside sales.

Demonstrated success in consultative sales and lead management.

Previous experience in higher education is advantageous.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $72,000, with potential for additional bonus compensation.
