Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and scheduling.

- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing goals.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
