Role Description
This is a contract role for 4 months, an Editor at ART&M for a 6 Part series on womens cricket.
As an Editor, you will be working under Supervising Editor of the series.
Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing and selecting footage, assembling the final cut, and making editorial decisions to enhance the storytelling. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work located in the Los Angeles/New York
but there is flexibility for some remote work.
Any experience of editing sports documentary perviously is appreciated.
Qualifications
Proficiency in video editing software, AVID.
Understand basics of Cricket, including game rules.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent storytelling and narrative skills
5 to 6 years Experience in editing Documentaries
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with creative teams internationally.
Bachelor's degree in film, media studies, or a related field
Experience with color grading and audio mixing is a plus
