Our Client, Urbani Truffles USA Inc., is a global leader in truffle distribution based in Manhattan.
Their clientele includes restaurants, distributors, large retail chains, grocery stores and the end-user.
We are seeking a dedicated customer service specialist to work in the office on their e-commerce team as their continue to grow the US market.
Role Description:
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
• Assist clients with on-line orders
• Online live chat assistance
• Insert all orders in our system
• Process orders and refunds
• Deal with orders in the back office, liaison between warehouse and Fedex
• Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
• Follow-up on orders and all on all customer requests
• Assist customers with after-purchasing service issues
• Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
• Maintain and update regular client correspondence
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Ecommerce background preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
• Proactive personality and self-motivator
• Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly. MS Office knowledge with focus on Excel proficiency and pivot, Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus tables.
