eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator

We are looking for an Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator to assist in the day to day execution of site merchandising work.

Your Role and Impact

  • Own item set-up and maintenance for all products on the site, in partnership with Site Merchandising, 3rd Party Buying, Owned Brands, Creative and Copy teams for direction with Item creation in Netsuite, Product details page set-up in Molly, Image and copy asset, management, Review management and Pricing management
  • Own bundle SKU set-up for all brands, including those supporting major seasonal events and new line launches.
  • Own creation and maintenance of Category pages in the Molly system for both core taxonomy pages and marketing pages, working with Site Merchandising to determine product categorization and page ranking strategy.
  • Execute weekly item launch for new items from all 3rd Party brands and Owned Brands.
  • Complete ad hoc projects to support major functional site improvements related to product details pages, Category pages, and search results pages
  • Support us in entry level work across our inventory planning and buying teams on an ad hoc basis or during staffing outages

About You

  • Highly organized professional who has an unparalleled attention to detail and take pride in the accuracy of your data entry work
  • Strong comfort with systems, comfortable working in Grove's Molly system, Netsuite, Looker, Asana, Google drive/docs, Drop Box, Slack, and Excel
  • Solid cross-functional team player able to work with multiple teams and maintain positive, collaborative relationships
  • Comfortable chasing down the information you need to do your work effectively and efficiently
  • Able to take direction from multiple teams, as this role will support the site merchandising, 3rd party buying, and Grove ‘s Owned Brands teams
  • Able to stay focused and productive in fast-paced environment with last minute direction
  • Can work effectively in a remote work culture using Zoom, Slack, Gmail, and shared Google docs to take direction and provide status updates

  • This full-time, exempt position is remote in one of the 13 states where Grove has established payroll. The budgeted salary range is $52,000 - $55,000. This pay range is based upon the national average and may vary depending on geographical work location and experience level.
