Ecommerce Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in managing eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and email campaigns. This role involves day-to-day management of our B2C eCommerce platform, including product uploads, catalog management, email marketing, and content creation to enhance our online presence and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

• Oversee daily operations of our B2C eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate and timely uploading of product images and data
• Manage and maintain the B2C product catalog
• Collaborate with the team to create and manage engaging email campaigns, content, and other digital marketing tasks
• Develop and update site content, including landing pages, product launches, and marketing campaigns, aligned with the marketing calendar to enhance user experience
• Gain a thorough understanding of the core product assortment and brand to create a compelling web presence

Email Marketing:

• Manage the performance of email campaigns and onboarding programs, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with key brand initiatives
• Maintain and update email flows
• Create, schedule, and monitor emails and automated flows using Klaviyo
• Execute SMS outreach campaigns through Klaviyo
• Prepare monthly reports detailing the performance of email and SMS campaigns

Other Responsibilities:

• Manage digital assets using Bynder
• Assist in photo and video shoots

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field (Magento/Adobe Commerce experience a plus)
• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
• Basic knowledge of SMS marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with Bynder or similar digital asset management tools
• Understanding of SEO and web analytics
• Strong project management and organizational skills
