Ecommerce Coordinator

Our client a contemporary fashion brand is looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator.

Freelance contract, fully on-site Mon-Fri in Culver City, CA.

Salary: $22 - $25/hr based on experience.

Schedule: 25-30 hours per week to start and can quickly lead to FT hours

The E-Commerce Coordinator holds responsibilities in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our online platform, overseeing essential tasks such as product setup and merchandising and will work closely with all departments to ensure the customers path from cart to checkout is as seamless as possible.

The perfect candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be highly detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role has exposure to several departments within the company and requires the enjoyment of wearing many different hats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Execute new season/product setup on in house PLM system and Shopify, coordinating the full collection being produced for DTC in preparation for launches.
• Create a highly organized system to execute a seamless launch.
• Product Auditing: consistently audit all products across the website on a weekly basis to ensure descriptions, fit, photography, inventory, etc. is all within company guidelines that have been established.
• Merchandising: Remerchandise collections on both web and ig shop and homepage weekly to ensure that the digital flagship always feels fresh.
• Site Maintenance: Contribute to site upkeep by managing navigation, homepage updates, collection pages
• Photography Coordination: work closely with creative and marketing teams in selecting assets of e-commerce photography, aligning with deadlines set by head of merchandising.
• Photoshoots: Responsible for organizing a shoot list, note any ecommerce shots and ensure that all details for each photo are meticulously handled.
• Inventory: Stay informed on product deliveries, recuts, replenishments, and preorder timeline while consistently updating different product templates so each product is represented accurately on website at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven 1-2 years experience in an e-commerce role, ideally within the apparel industry.
• Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in google suite.
• Extremely strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Customer-centric approach with a dedication and understanding of enhancing to continuously improve the online shopping experience
