The eCommerce Associate Merchandiser will be responsible for driving growth across channels – Amazon, Shopify, Faire, Etsy, and other retailer.com. Duties will include supporting the day-to-day of the Blue Star Press eCommerce product offering and coordinating with the eCommerce team to achieve our high growth goals from a merchandising lens.
A successful eCommerce Associate Merchandiser should have a collaborative mindset, strong organizational and detail-oriented approach, and project management skills, with the ability to execute independently.
This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with product, sales, and marketing teams to set the tone for the brand’s eCommerce business across multiple platforms.
Own full Merchandising responsibilities across eCommerce platforms to maintain consistent, accurate content and one brand message.
Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely to build and execute plan.
Ensure retailer compliance with merchandising strategies, confirming all product, content, and copy is published accurately.
Identify areas of opportunity to expand content, make recommendations, and partner with creative teams from project kick-off through execution.
Gather information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products.
Analyze sales data: reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets.
Daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly reporting against KPIs.
Experience Required
1+ year of Merchandising/eCommerce experience
Amazon, Shopify, Faire, and/or Etsy experience is a plus
Meta and/or Tik Tok experience is a plus
Familiarity in SEO to assist in executing on merchandising strategy
Digital-first and data-first mindset
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
