We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.

Job Description
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
- Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
- Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
- Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
- Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
- Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
- Social Work: Master's Degree in Social Work; Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Mental Health: Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology or Educational Psychology OR Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR license eligible for LMHC or LMFT
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
