The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and be committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for young children. The Early Childhood Teacher will plan, implement, and assess lessons that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development and Implementation: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Use a variety of teaching techniques to foster learning and development. Integrate play-based learning and hands-on activities to engage children. Child Development and Assessment: Observe and assess each child's development and learning progress. Document observations and maintain accurate records. Provide feedback to parents and guardians on child progress and development. Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline techniques. Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
