About this role:
Boutique classical architecture firm seek Assistant to support the studio
A boutique architecture firm based in New York City is seeking a new team member. The firm is well established and works on extremely high-end residential projects. This is an opportunity to work with talented and dedicated architects who are passionate about creating unique and functional designs.
The firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant / Office Manager. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to partners and manage office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the two partners, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Manage filing system
- Record information as needed
- Greet clients and visitors as needed
- Update paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Help organize and maintain office common areas
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
