E-Commerce Product Coordinator

How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for a E-Commerce Product Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with onboarding product information to the Global eCommerce platform, including the set-up and management of the product catalog, product detail pages (PDPs) and product listing pages (PLPs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compelling product information is presented to customers.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Manage the SKU onboarding process for new products onto our eCommerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather and organize product information, including product data, titles, pricing, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and other assets.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for new and existing products, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather and organize product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and other assets.
  • Ensure consistent formatting and adherence to brand guidelines across all product pages.
  • Conduct regular audits of product pages to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
  • Assist with the implementation of A/B testing and optimization strategies for product pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of product pages, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and execution of ecommerce marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Role Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level positions accepted).
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Experience with subscription services and/or digital products is a plus.
