Ecommerce Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (Must be based in EST or CST)
Comp: $70K-$75K
Reports to: Senior Web Content Manager
Position Summary: We are looking for a talented E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product management via Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or an equivalent Enterprise Content Management System (CMS). This role will play a critical part in enhancing our online presence, driving sales, and improving user experience across our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms using Magento (Adobe Commerce).
Implement and oversee product listings, pricing and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for expanding our e-commerce business.
Customer Experience
Continuously improve the online shopping experience by implementing best practices for UX/UI design.
Respond to support tickets (Zendesk) and troubleshoot any issues related to the e-commerce platform.
Collaborate with customer service and retail to ensure consistent and positive customer interactions.
Content Management
Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent CMS to create, update, and manage web content.
Collaborate with brand and content teams to ensure that all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Ensure the website is updated regularly with the latest products, news, and promotions.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve search ranking and visibility.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations for future initiatives.
Data Analysis
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize website features and marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
Coding Languages: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with AEM, Photoshop, and Adobe Commerce.
Google Suite Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and A/B Testing tools.
Heat Mapping Software: Ability to use heat mapping for user interaction analysis.
Artificial Intelligence: Experience with AI for content personalization and customer experience enhancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
Proficiency with Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent CMS.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency should arise.
