Key Responsibilities:
Handling high volume of customer email inquiries and phone calls
Fielding live chat inquiries
Providing excellent customer service
Coordinating with E-comm Warehouse Team for timely shipping of orders
Reviewing and processing returns and exchanges
Reporting E-comm data to management on a regular basis
Working closely with E-comm Team to manage web inventory and promotional calendar
Requirements:
Shopify experience
Customer-centric with a positive attitude in high stress situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills at minimum
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
Creative thinker who is organized and efficient
Independent and driven for personal and professional success, with the ability to be a collaborative team player as well
