The E-Commerce Assistant (Amazon Marketplace) supports the company’s mission by assisting with Amazon admin tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Marketplace Manager(s) with daily tasks, primarily focused on opening and resolving cases, brand registry, transparency enrollment, etc.
  • Monitor task completion of virtual assistants
  • Data entry and reporting


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills and very thorough follow-through skills
  • Advanced user of Excel / Google Sheets, and quick to learn new technologies, systems, tools, etc.
  • Drive and willingness to learn
  • Experience in Amazon marketplace strongly preferred
