DOMESTIC PRODUCTION MANAGER.

  • Oversee the production life cycle with our NYC and NJ factories.
  • Point person in communication with the factory managers.
  • Ensure Production purchase orders are created for Seasonal and weekly reorders.
  • Analyze and execute all trims orders and ensure shipped to the allocated factory.
  • Collaborate with Fabric Mgr and analyze fabric inventory threshold for our domestic vendors.
    • Trims include all woven labels and packaging materials polybags, hang tags, UCC labels
    • Order markers for factories.
  • Required to visit factories on a weekly basis/as needed basis to monitor quick turnaround production.
    • Build relationship while reviewing orders on the production line
    • Focus on quality and workmanship
    • WIP maintains on schedule
  • Coordinate carton pickups to be delivered to warehouse
  • Agreed garment delivery must be maintained
  • Maintain WIP reports and communicate status to cross functional teams
  • Work with Head of Production / Sales / Ecommerce for production planning and ensure consistent business is provided
  • Liaison with factories and warehouse for on-time deliveries.
  • Proactive mindset on any potential issues and come with a POV
  • Quickly identify, troubleshoot and escalate to management on unexpected quality issues, delays, shortages
  • Execute priorities and attention to details is critical for role
  • Strong written and verbal skills
