Specific Job Description

ANSER is seeking DOD Project Manager to manage the daily activities for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Matters OASD(NCB/NM). This position is onsite at the Pentagon.

Specifically, The Analyst Will

  • Coordinate across divisions/tasks to ensure balanced workloads.
  • Ensure the right person with the best skills works on the right tasks.
  • Coordinate tasks that impact multiple Offices or the entire OASD(NCB/NM) to ensure all task contributors work together to produce a quality product that represents all the equities of the contributing Office.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all tasks.
  • Ensure product peer review to ensure quality control.
  • Review product submission for high-visibility deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must possess a Top-Secret clearance and must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) with ten (10) years of documented experience in leadership, management, oversight, and/or program management
  • At least five (5) years of experience successfully managing several direct reports across multiple functional areas (Preferred)
  • At least five (5) years of experience managing contracts (Preferred)

Highly Desired Skills & Experience

  • Exposure to a scientific, engineering or technical field
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/Joint Staff/Interagency environment
