Job Description

We are looking for a bright, sharp, and capable entry-level office worker to join our team and assist with a digitization project. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly adaptable, and ready to support various tasks as needed. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation: Organize and prepare documents for scanning and digitization.
  • Scanning: Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper documents and ensure digital copies are clear and correctly categorized.
  • Website Coordination: Assist in updating and maintaining our website, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Project Support: Provide general support to the project manager, including scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Fill in and help out with various other tasks to support the team and project needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Basic understanding of office equipment and software (e.g., scanners, computers, Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Data entry and typing skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
